Expert Witness Testimony
An expert witness is a person who is permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge or proficiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case. Experts are allowed to give opinion testimony which a non-expert witness may be prohibited from testifying to.
Experience and Qualifications
Over the years, CEO Lory Johnson has provided expert witness testimony in over 500 federal and state court cases at the Commissioner’s Court level, as well as depositions and and consultations for jury trials.
Mrs. Johnson holds an MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute and a Senior Right of Way Agent (SR/WA) with the International Right of Way Association. She also holds a qualification in the State of Texas as an expert in real estate valuation.
