  • Nov 1989 to Oct 1992: Appraiser w/commercial appraisal firms in Austin area

 

Appraisal background includes appraisals and appraisal reviews (including TxDOT A-5 and A-10) including extensive research and market analysis of various commercial properties including vacant land, subdivisions, single and multi-tenant commercial/retail buildings, mini storage facilities, industrial facilities, multi-tenant office buildings for eminent domain purposes including single and multi- parcel right of way expansion and easement acquisition projects.

 

Easement valuations on numerous property types of various easement interests (temporary construction, ingress/egress, etc.) have also been completed. Also, comprehensive desk and/or field reviews have been completed on numerous residential and commercial properties.

 

Appraisal, litigation support, and expert testimony regarding consulting assignments and eminent domain have also been completed. Qualified in the State of Texas as an expert in real estate valuation.
