We do a whole lot of Right-of-Way appraisal in Texas. You could even say it’s what we specialize in, with a focus on the transportation and energy sectors. A great deal of our work is performed for entities like TxDOT, ONCOR, Austin Energy and San Antonio Water Systems (SAWS), as well as municipalities all up and down the I-35 corridor from D/FW to San Antonio.
NEVER A DULL MOMENT (in what seems like a dull industry)
We also do quite a bit of Special Purpose appraisal work for projects like convention centers, restaurants, parking structures, subdivisions, car dealerships…we even did some killer work on a cemetery project one time. We’ve assisted with natural disasters like Hurricane’s Ike and Harvey, consulted on endangered species habitat projects, worked with airports on noise mitigation projects and on and on.
We provide services to lending institutions and private individuals on all types of commercial properties, property development projects, complex individual property like larger ranch and vacant land assignments.
There’s so much more out there than standard home appraisals and, quite frankly, we’re fine with leaving that work to the professionals who specialize in them. We still do some single-family residential appraisals here and there (mostly by referral or when there’s a special set of circumstances), but that’s not our focus at Atrium Real Estate Services.
